Switch to E-Statements

To view your statements online, you’ll need to enroll in Online Banking. To select paperless statements:

  • Log in to Online Banking
  • Select ‘Statements’ from the dashboard
  • Select ‘Electronic’ then review and agree to the terms
  • Once you have completed the registration process, you will receive an email confirming your registration

You can update your email address in Online Banking by:

  • Selecting 'Services' from the main menu
  • Click on 'Member Information'
  • Update your email address
  • Click 'Save'
E-Statements are available online for the last 18 months. If you need to view a statement older than 18 months, please contact our Member Care Center at 888.493.4328.
